Customers in the United States may submit a return request through our Return Center. If the order is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge. Every order is eligible for ONLY ONE prepaid shipping label for free. If you need to return or exchange for twice or more, you will need to cover the extra freight at your own expense.

How do I return?
Visit our returns center, Enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
Within 30 days from the date of purchase in unused and resell-able condition and in the original packaging with all the packing materials intact.
Can the items be exchanged?
If item is received with no issue, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
