You can’t swap the switches since the board isn’t hot swappable. If you really wanted to switch them you’d have to disassemble it and de solder the old switches in order to put in new switches. Yes you can program keys to different letters and yes you can use it wirelessly

Anne Pro 2 doesn't work with PS4. This is because the PS4's jack operates at 0.5A while the Anne Pro requires 1A. so when the Anne Pro runs on the PS4, it will run erratically.
